Weigh in Tuesday (almost a week late)
I apologize that this week’s weigh in posting is almost a week late. Life is pretty hectic lately. Actually, I guess it’s not lately, but when you are a husband, dad of 3, managing multiple locations at the bank, and running a business—life is always crazy!
I continue to try and prioritize my focus and keep it focused on my family and my health. Most of the time I drag the kids to the gym with me, but that can be difficult when they are tired. But, I can’t let that keep me from getting a workout in. Sometime, that means that I have to workout at home or find some other form of exercise.
I dropped 0.8 pounds last week to fall under the 280 mark into the 270s at 279.8. I’m moving closer and closer to the official century mark.
I was also excited last week as I had been without my Bodybugg arm strap and that was finally delivered.
Stay tuned, hopefully, I will get the blog posted early to the weigh in day!
Livin’ the dream!

You’re moving in the right direction, Adam, keep up the great work! I’ve always been interested in the body bug…how do you like it?
Hey Travis! I love the Bodybugg especially since I’m an affiliate and a reseller, but all of that aside, I don’t recommend it to people unless they need to lose 40-50 pounds or more or if they are a fitness fan and are curious about it. It is a hefty, no pun intended, investment and isn’t for the person who wants to lose 10 pounds or less. Fitness pros should consider it so that they can recommend it to their clients. It takes the math out of losing weight. If you know what you consume and you know what you burn then should be able to do the math and lose the weight. Thanks for checking in!
